Switch. All credit card information entered into our buy form

2) We accept UK sterling cheques, bankers drafts and money

Shipping & Insurance
All shipping and insurance is arranged by Northern Lights
Gallery, unless you request otherwise. We deliver worldwide
by the most secure and cost effective methods available, using
only reputable and efficient international shipping companies.
All shipping charges are met by the purchaser. We ship orders
within 3 days of receipt of payment.
Refund Policy
All purchases are supported by our money-back guarantee. We
promise to refund the purchase price of any item upon safe
and approved return (less shipping and 5% banking charges),
provided: a) the purchaser has contacted us by email to obtain
the return shipping instructions; and b) the item has been
returned to us in its identical condition and safely packaged,
insured and shipped within 3 days of arrival at the purchasers
delivery address.
We store high resolution digital images of every item sold.
In the event of an item arriving with the purchaser damaged
we require detailed photographs, to be informed by email within
3 days and the return shipment to comply with our subsequent
shipping instructions; we issue a refund as soon as the insurance
claim is approved by the shipping company. In the event of
an item being lost in transit we issue a refund as soon as
the insurance claim has been paid by the shipping company,
usually 4 - 6 weeks.
Import/Export
Any required license, or any import or export requirements
or limitations are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Any delays related to the failure to obtain a license or to
import into a country shall not constitute a basis for rescission
or cancellation of a purchase.
Information Collection and Use
Our website uses an order form for customers to request products,
information and services. We collect visitor's contact information
(like their email address), financial information (like their
account or credit card numbers) and their subjects of interest.
Contact information is used to send orders to our customers
and to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Subject
